St David's Anglican Church is exempt from the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as it is a "small business". However, we seek to deal carefully with the personal information we collect and to do so in a manner consistent with reasonable expectations.

The personal information in this form will be made available to - 

a) The camp directors

b) Medical and emergency services if considered necessary

c) As required, relevant information passed on to specific camp leaders

Camp David encourages all campers to leave mobile phones at home. 

Any mobile phones that are brought to camp will be collected at the check-in table before boarding the bus and stored securely until the conclusion of camp. 

Any mobile phones seen during camp will be collected and stored in the safe until the conclusion of camp. 

Camp Directors carry a mobile phone at all times in case of emergency and to ensure they are available for immediate contact.

Campers can ask a Camp Mum to make a phone call on their behalf if required and we will provide opportunities for campers to contact parents in the evenings as required.

We love to have fun on camp but we are only interested in the kind that invites everyone to participate.

So please note - alcohol, recreational drugs, smoking, vapes, weapons and violence of any kind is prohibited on camp. This applies to everyone on camp from campers, to leaders, to the camp coordinator.

Any camper found with any prohibited items will be sent home. 

Please advise the Camp Directors as soon as practical of any changes to this information. All camper medical and care needs are kept private as per our policy.
